When we talk about our mission process, we are talking about a process that will make people become Christ-like. Many churches have a Mission Statement, the difference, however, often occurs at the level of process.
Process answers the HOW question. How do we intend to make people become Christ-like? Our mission process comes from the teachings of Jesus, and His process is clear and easy to follow.
Our Mission Process In 3 Steps
Step 1. Honor Christ.
Honoring Christ happens in our weekly services.
Step 2. Help people become Christ-like.
Helping people become Christ-like happens in our small groups.
Step 3. Heal the world’s christlessness.
Healing the world’s christlessness happens as we serve in a ministry and share the message of Christ to others.

Discipleship is a journey. So, we use a four-stop journey to illustrate the process. The four stops are indicative of the movement we follow in the journey of becoming like Christ.

Stop No. 1 - Worship Services
We want to provide a place every weekend where people can encounter the life changing presence of God. People have enough influences in their lives telling them what they can and cannot do. We want to be a place where they are loved, encouraged, and accepted. Our services will be FUN (yes, you can do that in church) and a place where people will want to invite their friends and family.
Stop No. 2 - Small Groups
We were created for relationships and church should not be any different. In times of need and times of fun, Hangouts will be a source of friendship and support. They are key in individuals developing connections with those who share their interests and people who are dealing with similar life issues.
Stop No. 3 - Serving in a Ministry
We were not only created on purpose; we were created for purpose. Joining the Heroes League is the vehicle we use that allows people to fulfill the purpose God has for them. It is always a special moment when you watch people find and serve in the area they were created for.
Stop No. 4 - Sharing Jesus
We believe it is both a responsibility and a privilege to share to the people of the world the story of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
